✍️ Rental Agreement — Please read and check each item

💰 I understand the $100 deposit must be paid via e-transfer to fionawen0323@gmail.com before my booking is confirmed. The daily rental rate can be e-transferred with the deposit or paid in cash on pickup day — no exceptions. ⚠️ I understand the damage policy: minor damage = full deposit kept. Severe or total damage = full deposit kept AND I must reimburse Fiona the full replacement cost of the camera. 📅 I understand that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee and no-shows forfeit the deposit. 📱 I confirm I have an active Instagram account and I must remain contactable via Instagram DM at @wensthenextoccasion for the entire duration of my rental. Failure to respond may result in early termination of the rental. 🚨 I understand that if I fail to return the camera on the agreed return date, Fiona has the full right to contact me and come to my address to retrieve the camera in person. I must return the camera immediately, no questions asked. Refusal will be treated as theft and reported to the Vancouver Police Department. ✅ I have read and agree to all of Wen's The Next Occasion's Terms & Conditions in full.
