The $100 deposit must be paid via e-transfer to fionawen@wensthenextoccasion.com to confirm your booking. The daily rental rate can be paid by e-transfer (sent together with the deposit prior to pickup) or cash on the day of pickup — no exceptions.
$100 deposit required for all cameras. Refunded in full when the camera is returned undamaged.
Minor damage: the deposit is kept in full. Total/severe damage: the deposit is kept and the customer is required to pay the full replacement cost of the camera.
All photos taken during your rental will be exported and sent to you once the camera is returned. Your memories are always safe with us.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your rental start date with no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a small fee.
Pickup is free in Vancouver. Delivery must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the rental date. Additional delivery fees may apply for areas past East Vancouver.
Cameras are available for rent only and are not for sale under any circumstances. Please do not inquire about purchasing.
